From 12 to 14 April 2022, the 26th International exhibition for transport and logistics services, warehouse equipment and technologies TransRussia 2022 will be held at the Crocus Expo
The SkladTech special project will be presented for the first time.
241 companies from 16 countries will take part in the exhibition: 186 Russian and 55 companies from Azerbaijan, Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, China, Latvia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, South Korea, and others. More than 70 companies will be exhibiting for the first time. The total area of the exhibition will be 15,000 square meters.

The leading Russian and international rail, road, sea and air transporters, port and terminal operators, warehouse owners, freight forwarders, insurance brokers, IT-solutions developers and suppliers, and complex logistics solutions companies will take part in TransRussia.

SKLADTECH: SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS FOR WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS
The new SkladTech project will be presented at TransRussia 2022. This is a special sector of equipment and solutions for warehouse logistics. SkladTech will bring together manufacturers and distributors of warehouse equipment, storage systems, material-handling equipment, picking and packing services, and identification technologies. Warehouse automation and robotization services and WMS systems will be showcased.

MOSCOW MUSEUM OF TRANSPORT AT TRANSRUSSIA 2022
The TransRussia exhibition and the Moscow Museum of Transport are launching an ESG project “Timeless Logistics”. The exposition “Evolution of Russian freight transport” will be presented at the exhibition. The representatives of the Museum will present retro trucks.
TransRussia 2022 will become a key platform for the integrated solution of business problems, where industry representatives will be able to meet with the service providers, negotiate with top officials, find new partners, and receive information on the current market situation.
BUSINESS PROGRAMME
The TransRussia transport and logistics congress will last 3 days and will consist of 6 conferences. The experts will discuss the main changes, current trends and prospects for the development of the market in the new reality.
26th International Conference for Cargo Owners and Carriers “TransRussia” (12-14 April)
The conference will start with the plenary discussion “Modern realities of freight transportation: priorities and guidelines”. The speakers will discuss the future of rail and multimodal trans-Eurasian transportation, transit opportunities, transport communications of the Russian Far East, and customs projects for movement of goods.
At the panel discussion “Container Shipping: New Logistics Solutions” the experts will discuss the development of international container traffic, transport products, infrastructure modernization, logistic capacities of the Russian-China border, and digitalization of transport. The sessions will be co-organized by the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation.
On the second day, the strategic session “Forward to multimodality: electronic document management” will be dedicated to the GIS EPD, the timing and problems of the transition to EDI, and the single standards for multimodal transportation documents. Strategic partner of the session: Digital Transport and Logistics Association.
The key issues of the session “Ports and maritime logistics in times of instability” will be the impact of the current situation in the industry, the measures, and the interaction between ports and the railway.
At the session “Transport and Logistics: Adapting to the New Reality” the experts will talk about the development of the logistics market in the new reality, the government support, and the business models. Session will be co-organized by the National Union of Transport and Logistics Experts.
Also on the second day, sessions and round tables will be held: “Spare parts: technological risks of Russian manufacturers and repairers of freight cars in connection with the imposed sanctions”, the meeting “Transboundary: looking beyond”, and the panel session on the legislative support of the perishable product logistics.
On the final day, visitors will be able to participate in the meeting of the Customs and Transport Committee of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The experts will discuss support measures and customs issues. The panel session “Logistics under sanctions” will be dedicated to the topic of cargo insurance.
6th Conference “IT Solutions in Transport and Logistics” (12 April)
Top managers and heads of IT departments of transport companies, representatives of government agencies, and integrators of IT products will discuss the main changes, tasks and strategies in IT.
2nd Enterprise Intralogistics Management Conference (12 April)
The SkladTech special project will hold the 2nd conference on intralogistics management at the enterprise. Experts will discuss:
- How to reduce transportation costs in the regions
- How to accommodate increasing inventory
- How to improve the lead-time of customer orders
- How to improve order picking speed
- How to reduce the resource intensity of order processing for warehouse marketplaces
- Logistics outsourcing or in-house logistics

- Robotic solutions in warehouse processes and innovations in warehouse robotization The conference will include 3 sessions: the panel discussion “Intralogistics of a company: how to reduce operating costs”, the discussion session “Restructuring the logistics of a retailer, distributor and supplier: working with marketplaces”, and the session “Technical solutions in warehouse automation”.

6th Oversized and Heavy Cargo Transportation Conference “Breakbulk Russia” (12 April)
At the conference the experts will talk about the development of logistics, the new technologies, the key risks, and the development of the Russian fleet of vehicles for the transportation of heavy cargoes.
2nd industry conference “Logistics in e-commerce” (13 April)
The plenary session “How to digitize logistics and increase the profit of online stores?” will be dedicated to automation, optimization and reduction of logistics costs. The speakers will talk about the labor costs, the warehouse logistics, and efficiency.
4th Supply Chain Management and Optimization Conference (14 April)
On the last day of the exhibition, the “SCM Club” will take place. The industry experts will share real-life experience and discuss trends, new challenges in logistics, and supply chains. The conference will be co-organized by the Council of Supply Chain Professionals.
